Who Wants To Use a Million Data Points….

1 million reasons why The Effective Command Behavioural Marking Framework (EC) adds value to your organisation.

It is astonishing, Effective Command has now reached 17,000 entries collected via Training, Monitoring, and Assessment across all 4 levels of incident command, and generated an impressive 1 million distinct data points! Results from our recent annual data analysis will be included in a paper to be presented at the forthcoming National Operational Learning (NOL) board in June 2023.

It is no wonder that this level of data has attracted interest from everywhere, Sweden, Norway, Singapore, and Canada have all registered an interest in engaging with EC on parallel systems. EC projects are also ongoing from outside the Fire domain looking at Fire Control, NILO, LRF and Ambulance Service trusts in the North of England.

EC was also the main topic of conversation with colleagues from over 60 Ontario Fire Departments, hosted through The Ontario Association of Fire Chiefs (OAFC). Attendance at EC workshops and at the annual trade show as part of an ongoing relationship with OAFC proved engaging with interest now being shown in other Provinces across the country.

Cambridgeshire Fire & Rescue Service worked with us to deliver their Command Support Officer training. A well-received course, the delegates gave us this excellent feedback;

“Ed Case delivered a fully interactive training session over the two days, well executed and engaged the group throughout - thank you!”. Edward Miller Cambs FRS, SFJ - Command Support Officer (CCS).

Elsewhere our Strategic Assessors spent 2 intensive days with Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service for Phase 1 of their first ever KLA facilitated SFJ Awards, Level 7 Award in Strategic Incident Command in the Fire Service. Once again feedback was positive;

“From a candidate perspective the training delivered was inclusive, fresh, and relevant to my role and personal development. The facilitators engaged with pride and enthusiasm”. Damien Borlase (AM) DSFRS - SFJ Awards, Level 7 Award in Strategic Incident Command in the Fire Service.

“The Level 7 Award course is excellent, with professional, friendly and knowledgeable trainers, it has prepared me to successfully manage and support a L4 incident with other multi agency responders”. John Worsley (AM) DSFRS - SFJ Awards, Level 7 Award in Strategic Incident Command in the Fire Service.
