Founded in June 2016 by Dr Katherine Lamb, K Lamb Associates has grown to be arguably the leading provider of Incident Command Training in the UK. We have a team of over 30 highly experienced and dedicated professionals who share Katherine’s passion for developing individuals.
In the light of recent and very public disasters, Fire and Rescue Services are increasingly finding themselves under the scrutiny of Governments and the public eye. Never has it been more important to demonstrate that Commanders are well trained and able to think beyond procedures, which can never cover all possible scenarios at every incident. Through our training courses and Effective Command™ products, KLA are in a unique position to be able to offer a cost-effective solution to this problem.
We are currently helping nearly all the Fire Services in the UK, with a growing number around the world.
As well as offering SFJ certified and SFJ approved courses, we also offer bespoke training and a training needs analysis service.

One of the key aspects of delivering effective Incident Command Training is immersing candidates in realistic scenarios. Simulation Software plays a key role in this and we have a long history of working with XVR Simulation. We have in-house expertise in creating interactive scenarios with this application.
