An enjoyable SFJ EC ICL3 assessment

Despite being on the cusp of the peak summer period, we continue to deliver learning and assessment opportunities to clients around the country. Recent feedback underlines what Katherine Lamb and the K lamb Associates are extremely passionate about, the delivery of quality courses with the learner experience front and centre.

“An enjoyable SFJ EC ICL3 assessment facilitated by KL Associates, using realistic scenarios and knowledgeable trainers and assessors it was a pleasure to undertake the development and assessment.” SFJ Effective Command ICL3 Assessment.

“I have found the team I encountered on my SFJ EC ICL2 course was excellent, they were professional and shared their knowledge and experience at the right times and in the right way. I have gained valuable knowledge and support in my career development moving forward, they understood their audience and adjusted accordingly to meet the needs of myself and the other students.” SFJ Level 4 Award in Intermediate Incident Command

Cambridgeshire Fire welcomed one of our delivery teams who expertly facilitated a series of SFJ Effective Command, Incident Command Levels 2 & 3 Assessments. With supportive guidance from the team, all the attendees gained more knowledge and understanding of the role for which they are carrying out.

Similarly in Humberside Fire we provided a delivery team to facilitate SFJ Effective Command Incident Command Level 3 Assessments. Our assessors have provided guidance and support to the delegates using the Effective Command (EC) Behavioural Marking Framework which ensures consistency of assessment.

Katherine Lamb made 2 more visits this week, first she spent time with Greater Manchester Fire as they were exposed to their annual Effective Command Assessor Training, which is a part of their subscription conditions. These assessor training days are an important part of the standardisation requirement which K Lamb Associates takes very seriously. In another visit Katherine spent valuable time with Lancashire Fire demonstrating the value and benefits of using the EC tools. A successful visit we look forward to nurturing this client relationship.

The Emergency Services Show is on the horizon and once again K Lamb Associates will be exhibiting, why not look us up to learn more about the company, our values, and achievements so far. We could also explain more about the wide range of products we can deliver in your organisation.
