Game, Set and Match.......

Game, Set and Match.......

We have received some excellent feedback once again this time from 2 delegates following their attendance on 2 of our courses held last week. Katherine Lamb and the K lamb Associates take immense pride in not merely the delivery of the courses but the learner experience from start to finish.

Delegate 1 - “I have found the team I encountered on my ICL 2 course was excellent, they were professional and shared their knowledge and experience at the right times and in the right way. I have gained valuable knowledge and support in my career development moving forward, they understood their audience and adjusted accordingly to meet the needs of myself and the other students.” SFJ Awards Level 4 Award Intermediate IC (Incident Commander).

Delegate 2 - “Really enjoyable course, exceeded my expectations but was expertly delivered with confidence, competence and finesse.” SFJ Awards Level 6 Award Advanced IC.

Humberside Fire played host to our team in the delivery of a SFJ Awards, Level 4 Award in Intermediate Incident Command in the Fire Service. Some interesting discussions amongst the group which helped to clarify understanding of the assorted topics. With expert guidance from the team, all the attendees gained more knowledge and understanding of the role for which they are being prepared.

In Greater Manchester Fire we provided remote support as the in-house Incident Command Team delivered another SFJ Awards, Level 3 Award in Initial Incident Command in the Fire Service. Our assessor has provided guidance and support to the team which ensures consistency of delivery.

Our Strategic Assessors were working for the first time with the States of Jersey Fire Service. Taking place at their Headquarters building, they facilitated a Strategic Workshop for the Strategic Leadership Team and department heads. Using High Rise as a backdrop, much debate was had relating to preparedness, response, and recovery. A fascinating insight into the workings of this unique service and the start of a long-term professional relationship with SFJ Awards, at various levels, being delivered later in the year.

Meanwhile Katherine Lamb and members of the K Lamb Associates team attended the XVR workshops hosted by Lincolnshire Fire. A great learning experience, the team made best use of the time networking with likeminded professionals. An invaluable couple of days.

We are here to assist, we can identify trends in the application of Incident Command, generating data via our assessments. Why not visit our website to learn more about the excellent range of Incident Command courses we deliver both Nationally and Internationally.
