Realistic training scenarios with highly credible experienced people

This week saw Katherine Lamb and the K Lamb Associates (KLA) delivery teams active delivering training in the form of The Effective Command Behavioural Marking Tool and Assessment for Incident Command Revalidations and SFJ Awards.

In Humberside Fire Katherine spent the time explaining about the EC Behavioural Marking Tool and demonstrating how it can be used to generate valuable data relating to Incident Command behaviours displayed during monitoring, training, and assessments.

Oxfordshire Fire welcomed a KLA delivery team as they provided facilitation and assessment of delegates in Incident Command Level 3 (ICL3) revalidations.

“The KLA team were great. Highly competent, highly supportive individuals that clearly have a passion for driving and supporting good standards in the fire sector. Well done and thank you.” SFJ EC ICL3 Revalidation Assessment – Oxfordshire FRS

One of KLA Strategic Assessors attended Staffordshire Fire Headquarters, location of the Staffordshire Civil Contingencies Unit (CCU), to provide the assessment of 2 delegates from North Yorkshire Fire as they reach the final stages of their SFJ Awards, Level 7 Award in Strategic Command in the Fire Service with KLA. An excellent day with AM Ben Illsley and AM Damian Henderson really engaging with the scenario.

“Realistic training scenarios with highly credible experienced people. I really enjoyed the assessment and benefited from the experience.” AM Ben Illsley (NYFRS) SFJ Awards, Level 7 Award in Strategic Command

Do not forget the Emergency Services Show is on the horizon and once again K Lamb Associates will be exhibiting, why not look us up to learn more about the company, our values, and achievements so far. We could also explain more about the wide range of products we can deliver in your organisation.
