SFJ Level 5 Award - Designing and Delivering Incident Command Training (603/2436/3)

Course details -

  • Delivered over 2 x 3-day blocks, a minimum of 8 weeks apart

  • A maximum of 6 x Delegates per course

  • The course is delivered at your centre

  • This course is run by KLA utilising 2 x instructors

This course encompasses a minimum of 80 guided learning hours, these will be achieved through both instructor led session and self-led directed learning activities as follows:

  • 6 x 8-hour days - instructor led input on the dates specified above

  • 5 written assignments - 15 hours each (minimum hours)

  • 1 simulation exercise and supporting documents built by the student - 20 hours (minimum hours)

  • Pre-course reading lists, assignments and assessments

We come to you!

If you don’t have enough delegates to fill a class, there are two options:

1) You host the event and we invite delegates from neighbouring FRSs to make up the numbers.

2) We arrange for another FRS to host the event and you send your delegates there. In this example, we can arrange hotel accommodation for your delegates and include this on your invoice.
