Fire Service Strategic Commanders

The latest cohort of Fire Service Strategic Commanders start a K Lamb Associates Ltd SFJ (Skills for Justice) Awards, Level 7 Award in Strategic Incident Command.

Last week saw Devon and Somerset Fire commit to their second SFJ Level 7 Award course with KLA. Attended by Interim Chief Fire Officer Gavin Ellis himself, he was joined by 2 x ACFOs and a senior GM. KLA sent their Strategic Assessing Team to D&SFRS to deliver the 2-day workshop at their headquarters building in Exeter. The largest non-metropolitan fire service, some fascinating group discussions ensued which really brought the topic areas to life. Well done to the 4 delegates, we look forward to continuing to support you through the remainder of this award.
