The first course successfully delivered working at The Fire and Rescue Academy of Malaysia. K Lamb Associates delivery team have reported back that the first week has been a monumental success. The reception has been magnificent with a large class of delegates all benefitting from working with the vastly experienced KLA trainers. Another course to go, yet more experience gained working alongside international fire service partners.
On Friday Humberside Fire (HFRS) welcomed a KLA associate to deliver their annual Effective Command Behavioural Marking Tool Assessor Training and Standardisation Day. A good attendance from Humberside FRS made for an interesting day sharing data analysis from the previous 12-months. We also welcomed commanders from HFRS Fire Control, they have subscribed to our EC Behavioural Marking Tool specifically designed for Level 1 & 2 Control Officers. They are also going to be the very first Fire Service to host and attend the eagerly awaited KLA Incident Command Training for Fire Control Officers course.
