Last week members of the K Lamb Associates Team spent 2 full days in the company of the Strategic Leadership Team from Tyne & Wear Fire Service taking them through their ICL4 Revalidation using the Effective Command Behavioural Marking Tool. This was our second cycle of Revalidation with this service, and it was impressive to note that not content with purely maintaining their Incident Command Competence there was a marked improvement across a variety of areas. Well done to the delegates and thank you for making us feel very welcome.

Once finished in TWFRS we headed for North Yorkshire Fire Service where on Friday we expertly facilitated more ICL4 Revalidations with 2 of their newly promoted Area Managers. Incredibly good standard set by both candidates who recently joined NYFRS from other Fire Service-related roles.

Katherine Lamb spent the week speaking with more Fire Services, visiting some and joining conferencing calls with others, engaging in discussions around their future requirements for our range of products including Initial, Intermediate, Advanced and Strategic Incident Command in the Fire and Rescue Service courses.
