K Lamb Associates delivery teams were out in force again last week working with another 3 Fire Services. A unique part of Katherine Lamb’s business ethos is delivering training and assessment designed for you, delivered to you, wherever your organisation is.
The delivery teams enjoyed facilitating an Incident Command Level 2 (ICL2) Revalidation with North Yorkshire FRS and a SFJ Awards Level 4 Award in Intermediate Incident Command in the Fire Service with Merseyside FRS. In addition, one of our team oversee a Local Delivery Model of SFJ Awards Level 3 Award in Intermediate Incident Command in the Fire Service with Greater Manchester FRS. Thank you to all the delegates for making our teams feel very welcome.
Also, K Lamb Associates were very privileged to be asked to facilitate the Incident Command Level 4 (ICL4) assessments for Warwickshire FRS’s ACFO Promotion round. Truly inspiring to witness over 2 days the skill and professionalism of the 4 candidates who came from Warwickshire FRS, Gloucester FRS, Hereford & Worcester FRS, and Shropshire FRS. Amazing talent on display, we wish them all the best in this process.
Katherine Lamb spent time with Cheshire FRS, another organisation requesting training on the much-hailed Effective Command Behavioural Marking Tool.
