The Only Way Is Essex.....

The Only Way Is Essex......Fire and Rescue Service whom we spent a day with last week training members of their Incident Command Team in Effective Command Behavioural Marking Tool. Katherine Lamb is excited about this new relationship which it is hoped will grow over the coming months. A very engaging organisation with some impressive Incident Command facilities and a dedicated professional Command Training Team.

Elsewhere the K Lamb Associates Team spent the week delivering two more SFJ Awards, firstly delegates from Greater Manchester Fire Service (GMFRS) enjoyed their Incident Command Level 3 revalidations. The team commented how GMFRS truly immersed themselves in the Award stating that they benefitted massively from the credible, authentic trainers with their wealth of experience in Incident Command.

Friday saw one of our Strategic Assessors head to Staffordshire Fire Service Headquarters, which is the regular venue for delivery of the SFJ Awards Level 7 Award in Strategic Incident Command in Fire and Rescue Services. The delegates, one from Tyne and Wear Fire Service and the other from Warwickshire Fire Service, enjoyed a full-on day within a Strategic Coordination Group (SCG) setting. Thanks to Staffordshire CCU for facilitating an amazing experience for them, the use of credible ‘been there seen that’ role players enhanced the delegates learning no end.
