Bom dia Bombeiros!

“Having access and support from some of the most experienced Fire Sector commanders has been a fantastic opportunity.” Learner Feedback on SFJ Awards Level 7 Course.

At @K Lamb Associates Ltd we have picked up where we left off, 2023 is shaping up to be an excellent year with new projects on the horizon, new clients to build relationships with and of course our existing commitments to our loyal client base. @Katherine Lamb’s New Year's resolution? continuing to deliver high quality training and assessment so no fear of breaking that one.

The first week back after a wonderful festive period saw us launch into our schedule of courses. What a fascinating start, the honour to be asked to deliver a @SFJ Awards Level 5 Award in Designing and Delivering Incident Command Training working with delegates from @Escola de Nacional Bombeiros, Portugal. An excellent expedition demonstrating once more that our training delivery, the products, and expertise of the delivery team knows no bounds.

Thanks to all the delegates who attended the @SFJ Awards, Level 7 Award in Strategic Incident Command in the Fire Service (Phase 1). Delegates from @Greater Manchester Fire Service, @Warwickshire Fire Service and @Tyne and Wear Fire Service, who also provided the venue in their wonderful Headquarters building, showed true professionalism and commitment to learning once more engaging in some interesting debates relating to the awards topics. Below are examples of the Learner feedback.

“Thank you, KLA. A really enjoyable and informative course, which has improved my own knowledge and skills and a great opportunity to maintain my continuous professional development.” Learner Feedback on SFJ Awards Level 7 Course.

In addition, @North Yorkshire Fire Service facilitated a SFJ Award, Level 3 Award in Initial Incident Command (Local FRS Delivered) utilising the @Effective Command Behavioural Marking Tool to profound effect.
