Fantastic feedback…..

“The whole team from KLA were a pleasure to work with for SYFR Command Health checks. Professional, patient, and supportive”

“Both trainers were very knowledgeable and made the course easy to understand and follow. The simulations are great and make it easier to understand the situation and give you a better picture of what could be going on.”

Examples of the fantastic feedback we receive from the variety of classes delivered by @Katherine Lamb and her team, @Katherine Lamb Associates. We pride ourselves on delivering @SFJ Awards in a way that our clients get the maximum benefit from. It is about developing safe, effective, and assertive Incident Commanders at all levels in an organisation.

The team supported delegates last week from 2 Fire Services, @Greater Manchester Fire Service (GMFRS), and @Humberside Fire Service (HFRS). Delivering a SFJ Awards, Level 3 Award, Initial Incident Command in the Fire Service with HFRS and an Incident Command Level 3 Revalidation (CCS) with GMFRS. Both service’s delegates displaying great attitudes to learning assisted with the use of the @Effective Command Behavioural Marking Tool, invaluable at supporting improvement.

Additionally, @Surrey Fire Service (SFRS), @Hereford & Worcester Fire Service (HWFRS) engaged us to provide assessor training in the Effective Command Behavioural Marking Tool. Incredibly encouraging, these organisations are being added to the already extensive list of Fire Services across the country embracing the proven benefits of assessment using The Effective Command Behavioural Marking Tool.
