The training exceeded my expectations…….

The training exceeded my expectations on a personal and professional level.”

Here at K Lamb Associates, we value all feedback from our delegates. Of course, it is always nice to receive positive comments, it reinforces our belief that the training and assessment we deliver is meeting the needs of our clients. Equally feedback about possible improvements is as important because it enables us to constantly review and develop the courses we deliver.

Last week our delivery teams were welcomed once more by Northamptonshire Fire Service and by, what is a relatively new professional relationship, Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire Service. Both organisations engaged us to deliver the SFJ Awards Level 6 Award in Advanced Incident Command in Fire and Rescue Services (610/0187/9). The delegates on these courses told us how they enjoyed the immersive input and valued the variety of Incident Command Scenarios used to further develop their understanding.

Katherine Lamb personally delivered more Effective Command Assessor Training, this time in North Yorkshire Fire Service, County Durham & Darlington Fire Service and Northumberland Fire Service. The ever-increasing popularity of the Effective Command Behavioural Marking Tool demonstrates how Fire Services across the country are embracing the value of this tool in developing their Incident Commanders.

Is your organisation considering how best to train, develop and assess all levels of your Incident Commanders? Is your LRF contemplating how they are going to introduce suitable training and development for their staff? If so, why not check out our website to learn more about the extensive range of products we deliver. Tailored, bespoke, delivered at a venue of your choice, we will be glad to discuss your preferences.
