Canada can-do!

Earlier this month Katherine Lamb travelled to Ontario in Canada to discuss a new joint venture between Ontario Association of Fire Chiefs, K Lamb Associates and Effective Command, to deliver incident command training courses, training resources and skills evaluation tools throughout the province.

This joint venture is being kick-started with a 5 day Effective Command - Initial course in March attended by delegates and supported by local instructors from Fire Departments within the province.

Competencies will be evaluated against the behaviour marker Effective Command utilising XVR Simulation and Effective Command (EC) training videos and recorded within the EC database.
