The Only Constant is Change

Never been a truer saying for the UK Fire Service. Following a direct approach from County Durham & Darlington Fire, last week KLA delivered a full day of Incident Command Level 4 (Tactical) Assessments as part of CDDFRSs Strategic Manager ADC. Using the Effective Command Behavioural Maring Tool, the candidates were exposed to a complex and challenging scenario tailored to the service area. We have successfully delivered a number of these type of days across numerous services now, a sign of the continuously changing landscape of Strategic Commanders.

SFJ Awards, Level 4 Award, Delivering and Designing Incident Command Training in Fire and Rescue Services.

A KLA delivery team revisited Northern Ireland Fire for phase 2 of their SFJ Level 4 course. Staying for 2 weeks, the team ensured the client received only the best training in person with maximum support and engagement. The delegates put into practice the full variety of Incident Command Training applications including XVR Simulation.

 Feedback

“I recently completed a course with KLA Associates, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The course content was comprehensive, well-structured, and highly relevant to my professional development needs. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and passionate about incident command.

Overall, the KLA Associates course exceeded my expectations. It not only equipped me with valuable knowledge and skills but also instilled a sense of confidence in my ability to apply what I learned in my professional endeavours. I highly recommend KLA Associates to anyone seeking high-quality training and development opportunities.” Laura Mullan Northern Ireland FRS

SFJ Level 4 Award, Intermediate Incident Command in Fire and Rescue Services.

Lancashire Fire and Devon & Somerset Fire both hosted this SFJ Award with all delegates from within their own service. The KLA delivery team particularly enjoyed the delegate feedback sessions, delivered in person in a supportive and constructive manner.

SFJ Level 7 Award, Strategic Incident Command in Fire and Rescue Services.

Tyne & Wear Fire played host to the latest SFJ Level 7 Award course. We welcome delegates from T&WFRS, Leicestershire Fire and Northamptonshire Fire.
