The Firefighter Podcast

Katherine Lamb and the K Lamb Associates are primed and ready for the changing of the seasons, this time of year always brings a fresh impetus as organisations re-visit their Incident Command Training requirements, we are ready for the challenge.

The feedback below, received most recently following delivery of another Command Support Officer Course to Northamptonshire Fire, really sums up the approach taken by the whole team when working with Services.

“The training delivered by Tim and Ed was done to the highest standard, always professional and inclusive. Utilising their years of experience enabled them to deliver the information in a way that we could relate to. They had the amazing ability to utilise their emotional intelligence to adapt their delivery to the individual and group's needs”. Ash Tugby – Northants Fire

Katherine Lamb was asked to take part in ‘The Firefighters Podcast’ with Pete Wakefield. The episode, now available on various media platforms, gives an insight into not only Katherine’s journey through the Fire Service but also the amazing work she has done since in creating the Effective Command Behavioural Marking Framework. It is a fascinating listen and one that we would recommend to anybody who has an interest in Incident Command in the Fire Service and beyond.

Katherine Lamb herself will be on the K Lamb Associates Ltd stand at the forthcoming Emergency Services Show. Why not come along to meet her and learn more about the Effective Command Behavioural Framework Marking Tool and the vast range of products we offer to Services.
