Beautiful Bermuda 

K Lamb Associates were invited back to Bermuda last week providing yet more support to their Fire & Rescue Service. This time the request was for one of our K Lamb Associates colleagues, Steve Harris, to deliver a detailed review of their policies and general orders. In addition, we will be working closely with them providing support in developing a Learning and Development Framework. 

Steve was warmly welcomed to the island by CFO Dana Lovell, ACFO Troy Furbert and Leonard E G Davis. The week was filled with gaining an understanding of the service whilst identifying areas for improvement, also suggestions for building on their extant policies.  

Steve was impressed with the commitment and determination shown by their Strategic Leadership Team. There is an open willingness to drive the service forward, at pace, under the leadership of CFO Dana Lovell. 

Katherine Lamb will continue to nurture this relationship with more Incident Command courses already booked for the near future.
