SFJ Awards - Effective Command - ICL2 Assessment (CCS)
This course is applicable for individuals who hold the the SFJ Level 4 Award in Intermediate Incident Command or are operating Level 2 Commanders. This Skills for Justice Awards certified revalidation has been written in full consideration of the National Operational Guidance document, the Incident Command Training Specification and the Training and revalidation guidance document.

3 x KLA Instructors, including a Strategic peer trainer
3 x Delegates

Sector competent and qualified assessors at the appropriate tier
All teaching and assessment materials
Scenarios appropriate to the role and tailored to your FRS demographics and risks
Each Delegate will receive -
SFJ certified assessment
8 x hours IFE recognised CPD/Command hours
ICL2 Effective Command report
Course format
3 x delegates attend a one day face-to-face revalidation consisting of -
3 x Incident Command scenarios
Each candidate will participate as either Incident Commander or observer in each scenario
Each candidate will deliver a full scenario debrief

Training venue
Access to a command support facility – either a suitable training room or utilising the FRS vehicle
A competent command support team
