It’s Qualifying that matters.....

 Halfway through the calendar year and the pace has not let up. Last week K Lamb Associates Delivery Teams expertly facilitated more SFJ Awards Qualifications and Customer Certificated Courses (CCS).

 Merseyside Fire (MFRS) hosted our team as they delivered a SFJ Awards, Level 4 Award in Intermediate Incident Command. Attended entirely by MFRS delegates, the 5-day course was a massive success, and the feedback is amazing.

 “I thoroughly enjoyed the course and content. I have come away with more knowledge and understanding that I am going to promote and take forward in the service i.e. level 2 command support training.”

 “Dean, John-Paul and Dave were exceptional instructors. In my 20-year career this has been one of the most challenging and beneficial courses I have attended, thanks to the expertise of the training team.”

 Nottinghamshire Fire requested a 1-day ICL3 Revalidation Assessment. Using the Effective Command Behavioural Marking Tool both delegates experienced different challenging realistic scenarios. Bespoke in the design, delegates also benefit from working with their own Command Support Structures and SMAs.

 Northamptonshire Fire requested delivery of KLAs Command Support Officer Course (CCS). An ever-popular course, our team guided the delegates through 2-days of knowledge and practical inputs. Always well received delegates leave feeling more confident about carrying out this vital role.

 We facilitated 2 consecutive days of Strategic Coordination Group Exercises as part of SFJ Awards, Level 7 Award in Strategic Incident Command. 4 delegates from Lancashire Fire, County Durham & Darlington Fire, Tyne & wear Fire and Leicestershire Fire were all exposed to an immersive practical experience surrounded by expert role players. Feedback already in;

“The depth of experience made available to run the SCG exercise was really good in immersing you into the scenario. The SCG coaching session beforehand was exceptional, and I picked up some helpful pointers for Chairing future SCG's.” AM Benjamin Bee.
