Easter Greetings

The Easter break brought some much-deserved R&R for the K Lamb Associates delivery teams and their families. It was so nice to view photos from colleagues enjoying nature exploring some of the beautiful parts of the UK and further afield. However, still plenty of productive work going on in the background, preparing scripts, developing scenarios, and catching up on administrative duties.

The second of two shorter working weeks, three members of our Strategic delivery team will be focusing on the facilitation of the SFJ Awards, Level 7 Award in Strategic Incident Command in the Fire Service. They are looking forward to working alongside delegates from Greater Manchester Fire Service (GMFRS), Warwickshire Fire Service and North Yorkshire Fire Service in the confines of GMFRS Training Centre in Bury. Always a challenging 2 days, the delegates will have put a lot of effort into preparing for Phase One of this award. There will be many interesting talking points generated through the professional discussions.

Delegates from West Yorkshire Fire Service will be put through their paces with challenging scenarios for their SFJ - Effective Command - Incident Command Level 2 (ICL2) Revalidations. Engagement with the scenarios is the key to success, treat them with the realism they demand, and everyone will maximise the learning that comes.
