Mark Allen

Mark served in Warwickshire fire and rescue for 34 years beginning his career as a junior fire fighter. Mark progressed his career through all operational roles finishing as Group Commander.

During his time in service, he was head of training and response as well as managing project areas such as Warwickshire’s New training facilities including their Minerva unit.

His experience included running Incident command and BA as both a watch manager and station manager. Gaining valuable experience in assessing at all levels from Crew commander to Strategic leads.

He is a qualified assessor with an experience of assessing across multiple disciplines not least incident command.

Being both an operational commander and a Flexi Tactical commanding officer Mark has developed his experience in incident command, management, leadership and TCG/SCG bringing these skills to his role within KLA.

He is qualified to SFJ Level 7 strategic command and all levels below focusing his assessment skill on Level 6 and below, whilst supporting strategic assessments as a role player. He has multiple other skills such as NILO, FBTI and CBRNE Tac Commander all of which he takes immense pleasure in bringing to the table to support New and existing Incident commanders in their learning and develop.
