We bring the training to you

Any time any place anywhere.......

That’s the mantra for K Lamb Associates. We take great pride in delivering courses and providing assessments anywhere in the UK and further afield. The States of Jersey Fire & Rescue Service welcomed one of our teams again this time to deliver a SFJ Awards Level 4 Award in Intermediate Incident Command. Great people to be around the week was very enjoyable and successful for the delegates. Our team also managed to fit in a SFJ-Effective Command-ICL3 Revalidation Assessment mopping up a delegate unable to attend one of our previous assessment weeks. Feedback has been warmly received.

“This was a thoroughly enjoyable course, which was delivered to an excellent standard by Tim, Mark and Dave. I must say, the trainers were magnificent and made it more enjoyable. They were very knowledgeable, made me feel at ease and delivered an excellent course. I will take a lot away from this course and it has also given me a lot of confidence in my ability. Thank you.”

“The instructors were extremely experienced and knowledgeable in Incident Command. Nothing was too much effort for them, and they were extremely personable and approachable, a credit to KLA. Thank you.”

In West Yorkshire Fire and North Yorkshire Fire a KLA Associate Trainer was requested to support the local delivery of their SFJ Awards Level 3 Award (ICL1) in Initial Incident Command. Satisfying the requirement for an annual audit of the delivery the week proved invaluable as an exercise in sharing best practice.

Devon & Somerset Fire held their penultimate Strategic Commander Refresher and Group Decision Making Exercise session facilitated by Joe Hassell in partnership with KLA. Once again, the feedback has been excellent.

“Great CPD refreshing Level 4 incident Command with interesting discussions and a scenario that tested the theory we had been presented with in the first session.” D&SFRS

Looking forward...we are honoured to have been commissioned by Greater Manchester Fire and Merseyside Fire to support elements of their upcoming ACFO and DCFO promotion processes. It's a privilege to be trusted to deliver such important incident command elements. Good luck to all the candiadtes in the respective processes.

Our own Strategic Assessors, Peter Critchell and Joe Hassell, walked the walk with the kind support of our friends at Essex Fire. In line with the NOG for revalidation, they successfully completed their revalidation of incident command both facing challenging and complex scenarios. Thanks to EFRS once again for their support.
