One more course until Christmas

One more course until Christmas.

Before K lamb Associates can sign the logbook to say, ‘Office secured all lights extinguished’, we have the last course of 2024 to deliver. In Northamptonshire Fire our delivery team will be working to deliver a SFJ Awards, Level 4 Award in Intermediate Incident Command in Fire and Rescue Services. Joined by a delegate from Devon & Somerset Fire, the course is set to be another success thanks to the expertise and professionalism of the KLA team.

Last week we signed off 2024 in Humberside Fire as one of the KLA Associates supported their Incident Command Training Team delivering the last of their SFJ Awards, Level 3 Award in Initial Incident Command in Fire and Rescue Servcices. Using XVR Simulation and the credible data supported Effective Command Behavioural Marking Tool, delegates at the start of their Incident Command Journey gained for the vast amount of experience in the room.

“It was made to feel more like a knowledge exchange rather than a sit and you must learn course. I was made to feel it was developed just for me due to the excellent teaching methods. All round a great course and learning experience.” SFJ Level 3 Initial Humberside FRS

Katherine Lamb commented that at this time of the year it is especially important that all KLA associates spend quality time with their family and friends. Katherine appreciates the massive effort it takes by all the KLA Associates throughout the year. The sacrifices made by the team do not go unnoticed and it is only because of this that such fantastic feedback is received week in week out.

Already the start of 2025 is looking mega busy with existing UK and International clients to service. More exciting news is primed to follow following initial talks with blue light agencies outside the Fire Service specifically around the wider use of the Effective Command Behavioural Marking Tool.
