We work with our customers to design scenarios applicable to their local risks or use properties directly from their Local Risk Register.
This makes our scenarios more engaging and relevant. Our assessors carefully build scenarios based on real streets, buildings and other infrastructure in your region. A tower block fire in a big city has a little relevance to a small, largely rural fire service, for example. Using familiar locations naturally makes scenarios more realistic and will call on a candidates’ local knowledge, making the experience far more immersive and thought-provoking.

We aim to be flexible and work with you as your preferred training partner. Whether you want to book a full course or only need one delegate space, we will endeavor to accommodate your needs. We can often put a single delegate on a course hosted by another customer, or consider options to deliver courses for your training region specifically. This can often give added value to a course by showing perspectives from different fire services as well as creating networking opportunities.
